Cemetery and railway track. A place not much, but even so a small oasis of smaller houses with nice green nooks can be created here. Four houses are designed as new buildings, the fifth building is currently the investor's corporate headquarters, which will be transformed into a house with two apartments. The urban solution is designed to eliminate the negative of the plot. Next to the railway, we placed the driveway and parking shelters, which will create an optical and noise barrier. The houses are set behind the green atriums, as far as possible from the track. At the same time, the houses are turned in such a way as to achieve a favorable south-western or south-eastern orientation of the interior spaces.
